Monday 
Fit & Fierce with Ken, 4-5 pm at the 92Y
3rd Floor Cardio Studio, 1395 Lexington Ave, between 91st & 92nd St.
Channel your inner athlete in this fun, circuit-style training class designed to sharpen your agility, speed, and power. It’s a total body workout adaptable for any fitness level!

Wednesday 
HIIT Shape & Tone with Kareem, 4-5 pm at the Mount Sinai Adolescent Health Center
2nd Floor Gym, 320 E. 94th St, between 1st & 2nd Ave
Reach your most ambitious fitness goals in this high intensity interval training (HIIT) class that combines heart-pumping cardio and strength intervals with brief periods of rest. This class will sculpt your entire body and leave you dripping in sweat!

Friday (Friday classes start on April 5th)
Cuts & Curves with Rima, 4-5 pm at the Mount Sinai Adolescent Health Center
2nd Floor Gym, 320 E. 94th St, between 1st & 2nd Ave
Focus on your lower half in this ab-sculpting, thigh-toning, booty-shaping class that features fat burning moves and ends with a short meditation—a perfect combination to tone up and de-stress.

All classes are adaptable to fit any fitness level! This schedule is valid through August 30, 2019.

All fitness levels are welcome. Wear comfortable clothes and sneakers, and bring a water bottle. If you’re not already a patient at Mount Sinai Adolescent Health Center, please bring a letter from your doctor or proof of an annual physical. If you’re under 18, please bring a signed parental consent form. You must be 10-22 years old to participate.
