What happens when you visit the Center for your first scheduled appointment:
We welcome every patient, whether or not you have insurance. However, if you have an insurance card, bring it with you. Everyone should bring one form of identification, if possible.
Our registrars always greet each arriving patient, and they help you fill out forms and paperwork. After registration, your vital signs are taken and any additional information is gathered. After this step, you’re asked to take a seat until you’re called by a provider.
You can make an appointment on the same day:
You can call to see if an appointment is available, and we welcome walk-ins, too. Walk-ins are seen by a provider if there is availability, and until the clinic has reached capacity. If you aren’t seen by a provider that day, we’ll work with you to schedule an appointment as soon as possible. If you have urgent or time-sensitive symptoms, you’ll always be seen by a provider, regardless of when you arrive.
