TEEN FIT CLASS SCHEDULE

Monday 
Power Flex with Ken, 4-5 pm at the 92Y
3rd Floor Cardio Studio, 1395 Lexington Ave, between 91st & 92nd St.
A high energy workout designed to challenge every muscle in your body using bosu trainers, jump ropes and medicine balls

Wednesday 
Boxing Skills & Drills with Kareem, 4-5 pm at the 92Y
3rd Floor Boxing Room, 1395 Lexington Ave, between 91st & 92nd St.
A workout focused on proper punch execution & combinations, speed and agility drills, and combination development

Friday 
Core Yoga with Margarita, 4-5 pm at the Mount Sinai Adolescent Health Center
2nd Floor Gym, 320 E. 94th St, between 1st & 2nd Ave
A class that builds strength, balance and flexibility while engaging a variety of yoga poses and relaxation techniques

All classes are adaptable to fit any fitness level! This schedule is valid September 4, 2019 – May 27, 2020.

All fitness levels are welcome. Wear comfortable clothes and sneakers, and bring a water bottle. If you’re not already a patient at Mount Sinai Adolescent Health Center, please bring a letter from your doctor or proof of an annual physical. If you’re under 18, please bring a signed parental consent form. You must be 10-22 years old to participate.
