Join Teen Fit!

At Mount Sinai Adolescent Health Center, we believe that every young person has the right to physical health and emotional well-being. That’s why we offer completely free fitness classes led by certified fitness instructors. You’ll also learn about mindfulness, healthy eating, coping skills and self-care at our Wednesday wellness classes. Join Teen Fit by stopping by one of our free classes below. All fitness levels are welcome.


Breakout Body Blast with Ken, 4-5 pm at the 92Y
3rd Floor Cardio Studio, 1395 Lexington Ave, between 91st & 92nd St.
A fun-filled hour of exercise circuits mixed with full body strength training. This class utilizes weights, bosu, riser, jump ropes & medicine balls for the purpose of improving strength and conditioning.

Total Body Conditioning with Kareem, 4-5 pm at Mount Sinai Adolescent Health Center
2nd Floor Gym, 320 E. 94th St, between 1st & 2nd Ave
A high-energy workout designed to challenge every muscle in your body to help you lose weight & tone your arms, legs & core.

Warrior® Workout with Annette, 4-5 pm at Mount Sinai Adolescent Health Center
2nd Floor Gym, 320 E. 94th St, between 1st & 2nd Ave
Fusing elements of martial arts and bootcamp-style exercises, this workout is designed to challenge the mind and body!

This schedule is valid through August 31, 2018.

All fitness levels are welcome. Wear comfortable clothes and sneakers, and bring a water bottle. If you’re not already a patient at Mount Sinai Adolescent Health Center, please bring a letter from your doctor or proof of an annual physical. If you’re under 18, please bring a signed parental consent form. You must be 10-22 years old to participate.
