At Mount Sinai Adolescent Health Center, we believe that every young person has the right to physical health and emotional well-being. That’s why we offer completely free fitness classes led by certified fitness instructors. You’ll also learn how to engage in healthy behaviors to support your growth and well-being. Mix of cardio and strength training to sculpt your entire body
Core Yoga, 4-4:45 pm at Mount Sinai Adolescent Health Center
2nd Floor Gym, 320 E. 94th St, between 1st & 2nd Ave
Powerful poses linked with deep breathing to flatten your abs
Boxing Skills and Drills, 4-5 pm at 92Y
3rd Floor Cardio Studio, 1395 Lexington Ave, between 91st & 92nd St
High energy boxing moves to get you lean and strong
Wellness and nutrition classes are held every Wednesday, 4:45-5:30 pm in the 2nd Floor Gym at Mount Sinai Adolescent Health Center.

All fitness levels are welcome. Wear comfortable clothes and sneakers, and bring a water bottle. If you’re not already a patient at Mount Sinai Adolescent Health Center, please bring a letter from your doctor or proof of an annual physical. If you’re under 18, please bring a signed parental consent form. You must be 10-22 years old to participate.
